Awful
“I organized a snowmobile outing with 7 other friends, using BuyWIthMe vouchers (note that the deal was 2 for 1, but all wanted to drive alone, so in the end it came only ca. $10 cheaper, total of almost $700 for 8 people). The first emails I exchanged with OBK were quite ok, they replied promptly. But when I enquired about their availability for a particular day, without wanting to give them the voucher numbers (just playing safe), they started being rude. It went downhill from there, even if I was always polite. They were very rude. It improved in the couple of calls we had though, so I was hoping all would go fine. \n\nWe left Boston early in the morning (Sat) and were scheduled for 4p. Our ETA was 12.30p. I got a call at 10a - a polite one - inquiring about the possibility to start earlier. 2 pm, ok, I'll discuss with the group. As I called back to confirm, Kelly says in a very rude and cold way No, 12. I explained I couldn't make it there so early, she said that then she's reschedule us for another day - the issue was a light rain, that we could bear using our raincoats. I said she couldn't do it, Yes I can. - And she adopted an shockingly rude and aggressive attitude, that I tried not to follow. She hang up on me, after many moments of deep silent and a couple rude and short replies from her side . I called again and simply stated that we'd be there at 2p because we couldn't make it earlier. Besides, she lied about the distance between Lincoln and the camp (13 mi, NOT 33), to makes us get there earlier, I suppose. She was lucky that she wasn't at the camp, because I do not tolerate such behavior and was more than willing to confront her with that, after the ride, of course. ;)\n\nThe guides were great, though! Jason was awesome and we had a great time thanks to him. \n\nBut RUN from this company. That Kelly is an incredibly rude, unprofessional, insensate, thick and all other negative adjectives - not to mention the b word - that I have ever dealt with.” -

worst experience ever
“I have never written a review online, and am only compelled to because I've never had a worse customer experience in my 48 years. I brought a small outboard to him in the spring, that just needed new coils, and he kept saying it'd be done, and I'd made about 8 trips to find it wasn't, each time I'd get some song and dance, and it was now fall. So much for that season. Took it out next summer, and it didn't work. Rather than lose another season with him, I took it somewhere else, where I paid to replace HIS coils. Took a week! I took his coils back to him, asked for my money back, and rather than having a shred of character, he started making more excuses for his taking an entire summer to 'not' fix the simple problem. I cannot beleive the time I've lost with this guy, and now will be taking more time taking him to court. This is all fact, and he'd probably agree if he had any morals. It's not the $, but the principal, and the fact he was a making excuses all throughout, AVOID! \n” -
